Mini Cheesecake

I feel as though I don't do enough of what I want to do.
I say that I want to be a chef, pastry or other wise,
But I barely do any of it at home.
It's me and my dad for dinner, but most of the time,
it's us fending for ourselves.
I have many cooking blogs saved and I look at them from time to time.
I found this mini cheesecake recipe and I very much want to try it out.
I'll post pictures when I finally do.
