Week 2

Doing my second week of college classes.

Back at College

So, this week was my first we back at college.
It feels good to get out of the house.
For both my classes, I have different teachers than the ones that I had last time.
I believe that this will help me actually be able to pass.
One of my teachers, I'll call him Chef, said something very funny today.

Chef: how's it going?
Christianne: Pretty good, would be better if my ankle didn't hurt.
Chef: oh?
Christianne: I twisted it on monday.
Chef: Well then, stop chasing after all the boys. Didn't I tell you that last year?
Christianne: *blank stare*
Chef: You know that I am kidding
Christianne: yep. ha ha.

Also, you have to read the Chef parts with a french accent. much funnier that way.

Also, I put 30 dollars on my Starbucks card.
I'm hoping that will last at least until the start of spring, march 20th.
Not even two months.
This maybe bad.
Maybe I should give up starbucks for lent.
At least I have until feb 17 to decide.

Wow, that's a long post.
Hopefully it won't be this long until my next post.

Been A While

There are times when I spend 40 minutes to an hour reading other peoples' blogs. And yet, I forget about my own. I want to do this more often, but it seems like my life is too boring to have a blog. My mom doesn't even have it bookmarked anymore. Maybe I'll come back in the new year, or before if anything interesting happens.

Commencement

Commencement is happening this Friday.
I will be a graduate of Forest Heights.
This is, in a sense, the end of my high school.
In another sense, I was done high school last February.
Weird. I'm not really looking forward to seeing anyone.
Actually, that isn't weird at all. I just want to be able to say a final farewell.
See y'all if we ever have a reunion.

2 Weeks In...

I have had now two of each of my classes.
Well, one and a half for one of them.
Yesterday, I threw up during my class.
I was aloud to go home.
I am thinking this is not a very good start to the year.
Hopefully next week goes better.

Facebook 'Friends'

Today, I deleted many of my facebook 'friends'.
Most of them were people in high school that either I added or they added me just so they could have high numbers.
I am starting to learn who my real friends are.
the ones that are willing to listen to me whining about something or other and then telling me it will all work out.
The ones who will talk to me at 1 in the morning on msn just because.
The ones that will, even when they don't have any money, go to the mall with me just to hang out and eat chinese food.
Those people who I deleted today probably won't even notice that I have deleted them.
For a while I debated who I would delete.
But I figure if they really wanted to message me, they could do it that way.
Sure I have less than 140 friends now.
And many of them are pages that I have 'liked',
But I know that these people are going to be the ones that I want to talk to in years to come.
There may even be a time when I no longer want to talk to them, and then I will probably delete them then too.
Or even start a new facebook.
I don't who even reads this blog anymore,
My mom i think has deleted it from her list of favourites.
I will try to write more.
I feel good doing it.
And what's better than doing something that makes you feel good?

Scared

I will admit,
I am a little scared going back to college.
What I am most worried about is the finding a job part.
I'm almost too scared to call.
I know I must, however,
I don't think I can do it.
